New London has always been professional, kind, affordable, and takes great of my dogs. The Vet's are fantastic! They are very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, straight forward, and caring. Exactly what you need in any Doctor you trust. I wouldn't go any place else.

The vet and staff really care. We had to put our German Shepherd, Leisel, of 12 years down last week. [My wife] has been hand feeding her for over a year; it was way past time. New London staff took us right away and tenderly administered to Leisel. Also fixed the flea problem with the rest of our animal house. Also, they charged less than half the price of nearby vets for the service to care for Leisel. I recommend them highly. Very nice people, including the vet.

We took in Rory on the recommendation of the agency where we adopted our cat. We are happy with the help we received. The veterinarian and nurse were very professional, polite, and had the experience and savvy we were looking for in a practice. We would definitely recommend the services of New London.

This was Belle’s second appointment with New London. I found the overall experience to be very good! Everyone is extremely friendly but yet efficient and professional. Belle is treated with gentle care and I’ve been very pleased with the doctor’s advice and professional manner. Yesterday Belle was in to have her teeth examined and cleaned. Great job! Staff was very compassionate and understanding of my dog…who is very stressed and vocal about her stress when it’s time for shots. The facility is set up so that you can complete payment/paperwork in examination rooms to ease the process and avoid any unnecessary stress in the lobby. They took the time to help make this a positive experience for my dog (and me)!!

The best staff and doctors I have ever had for my pets. They really care about your pets and their well being. Would recommend them highly to anyone who is in need of good, caring vets.

I have lived all over the U.S., and New London Vet Center is just about the best place I have ever found for my cats. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and my kitties always received outstanding care. I recently moved to the west coast, so we won't be able to continue coming to New London. But if I could afford it and air travel wasn't an issue, I would travel across country just so my cats could still be seen there! ;)

My girlfriend deals with New London for Work and has always talked if pleasant experiences. So we decided to bring our dogs there and have had the best service imaginable. They care for our “children” as if they were their own! Even when taking our dogs in for a procedure they call to update on how they are doing throughout the day :) I would certainly recommend them to anyone who asks.

I took our last kitty Jigsy there for many years and they took really good care of him and now I'm taking my baby Cali there and I'm so glad they are amazing people that truly care and they do everything they can for your furry loved one(s)❤️ I personally love New London veterinary center!
